Juliana completed both her 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training with Home Power Yoga under Liz and Katie. She started her consistent yoga journey around 7 years ago, after getting her first post-graduate job. Yoga was originally a purely physical practice to cross-train in between other workouts. It wasn’t until she had to take a brief break from yoga, that she realized how much yoga had been working behind the scenes for her own mental health.
Yoga has become an integral part of her life, as a tool for a well-rounded mental and physical wellbeing. She is passionate about sharing the magic of yoga with those around her. She hopes to inspire her students to discover their own inner and outer strength on and off the mat.
When not teaching or taking yoga classes, she is using her creative passion as a Senior Graphic Designer. She is a an avid animal lover, comic book enthusiast, and athleisure devotee.
