45 minutes in our heated studioSlow Flow/ Deep Stretch
A slower paced flow followed by 20-30 minutes of deep stretch poses with optional hands on assists.
60 minutes in our heated studioPower Yoga Foundation
Move slower and break down the poses in this class. Focus on the alignment of foundational poses, and discover the power of vinyasa yoga. For both new and seasoned practitioners.
60 minutes in a warm roomPower Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga
Join our supportive community of HOMEgrown mamas and take time to connect to your baby and/or yourself as you move through a nourishing and empowering yoga practice. Poses and breathing exercises are designed to address the many changes associated with pregnancy and childbirth.
60 minutes in our non-heated studioSlow Flow / Yin Yoga
This class begins with 10-15 minutes of a Slow Flow. Then you will transition into Yin Yoga where you will focus on your breath and surrender as you allow your body weight and gravity to sink you into yoga postures that are each held 3-5 minutes. Through this meditative practice of passive stretching, connective tissues are safely lengthened resulting in improved flexibility. Great for those seeking increased mobility and the perfect compliment to a strong power yoga practice.
