Power Yoga Foundation

Move slower and break down the poses in this class. Focus on the alignment of foundational poses, and discover the power of vinyasa yoga. For both new and seasoned practitioners.

YOD (Yoga + HIIT)

YOD (pronounced like squad) is intentional exercise meaning that each movement, breath and exercise is focused on your alignment, health and happiness.

In YOD we don’t use any props: we use a heated room, a yoga mat and your bare feet! This combination is simple and magical. You get the yoga-vibes combined with a HIIT sweaty workout and finish with a juicy cool down. You’ll leave this class energized with brighter eyes and ready to live life to the fullest!

Yin Yoga

Focus on your breath and surrender as you allow your body weight and gravity to sink you into yoga postures that are each held 3-5 minutes. Through this meditative practice of passive stretching, connective tissues are safely lengthened resulting in improved flexibility. Great for those seeking increased mobility and the perfect compliment to a strong power yoga practice.

Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga

Join our supportive community of HOMEgrown mamas and take time to connect to your baby and/or yourself as you move through a nourishing and empowering yoga practice. Poses and breathing exercises are designed to address the many changes associated with pregnancy and childbirth.
