40 Days to a Personal Revolution

Your personal revolution is calling and it is time to level up your health and vitality!

Join us for 40 days of unlimited yoga, meditation, nutritional support, and journaling, starting Tuesday, January 22.

Weekly meetings held on Tuesdays from 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM.

Program is co-led by HOME Instructors and Baptiste Certified Instructors Liz Snyder and Michelle Bass.

During this 40 day program, co-facilitators Liz Snyder & Michelle Bass will lead you into your own personal revolution. You will come to understand that all health and vitality is the outward reflection of a pure heart and right intent. Through the four parts of this program, yoga asana, balancing diet, meditation, and excavation questions, you will start to see that transformation happens naturally. You will lose weight, if that is what needs to happen; you will become less reactive and more calm; your bad habits will start to lose their grip on you. You will discover that external changes happen when we first adjust the inner workings of our minds --when we adopt a philosophical foundation that gives our growth greater purpose and meaning.

Why 40 Days?
The number 40 holds tremendous significance in the realm of transformation. It takes 40 days to ingrain any new way of being into our system, and that is what we are seeking to do: wipe out the old and welcome in the new, In 40 days, you can shift into a whole new way of being and living.

  • When is the Program?
    The program begins Tuesday, January 22 and concludes Saturday, March 2. Meetings will happen every Tuesday evening at Home Power Yoga from 7:15 PM - 8:15 PM.

    What is the Cost?
    Members: $99
    Non-Members: $279 (includes cost of unlimited yoga)

    What If I Cannot Attend Every Meeting?
    We would love to have you at every meeting and in the studio as much as possible, and we also understand that life does not always go according to plan! If you will be out of town, you can stay connected to the program via emails, Facebook group, and meditation and asana podcasts. Postnatal / Baby and Me (4 week Series) with Katie Tierney

Dates: Wednesdays, January 9 - January 30 Time: 11:00 - 11:45 am

Come join our community of supportive mamas as you transition together into motherhood and introduce your babies to HOME power yoga! This class focuses on poses for the postnatal mom, as well as yoga poses, songs, and massages for baby to promote bonding and physical, cognitive, and social development.

Instructor: Katie Tierney, LCSW, E-RYT

Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Holistic Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga instructor. She is passionate about empowering women during pregnancy as they prepare for childbirth and motherhood.

HOMEgrown Mamas: Mindful Pregnancy and Birthing Class with Katie Tierney

This workshop focuses on instructing expectant moms and their partners in breathing, relaxation, and visualization techniques to utilize through pregnancy, labor, and birth. Participants will understand the connection of breath and imagery to easing fear and pain during childbirth. The techniques assist in decreasing anxiety, staying grounded in present moment, and tapping in to one's instinctive self to experience a more embodied and mindful pregnancy, birth, and journey into motherhood. Also included will be useful 'tips' on how to advocate for an empowered birth within a hospital setting.
