Postnatal / Baby and Me (4 week Series) with Katie Tierney (NEW)

Dates: Fridays, December 6 - December 27 Time: 11:00 - 11:45 am

Come join our community of supportive mamas as you transition together into motherhood and introduce your babies to HOME! This class focuses on poses for the postnatal mom, as well as yoga poses, songs, and massages for baby to promote bonding and physical, cognitive, and social development.

Instructor: Katie Tierney, LCSW, E-RYT

Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Holistic Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga instructor. She is passionate about empowering women during pregnancy as they prepare for childbirth and motherhood.

HOMEgrown Mamas: Mindful Pregnancy and Birthing Class with Katie Tierney

Date: Monday, December 16 Time: 6:30 - 9:30 PM Who: Expectant mothers and their partners

This workshop focuses on instructing expectant moms and their partners in breathing, relaxation, and visualization techniques to utilize through pregnancy, labor, and birth. Participants will understand the connection of breath and imagery to easing fear and pain during childbirth. The techniques assist in decreasing anxiety, staying grounded in present moment, and tapping in to one's instinctive self to experience a more embodied and mindful pregnancy, birth, and journey into motherhood. Also included will be useful 'tips' on how to advocate for an empowered birth within a hospital setting.

40 Days to a Personal Revolution

Are you ready for a reset? Are you ready to shift the focus to YOU? A whole mind, body, & being transformation is available to you in the 40 Days to Personal Revolution program happening here in January 2020. This program is 40 days of yoga practice, meditation, mindful eating, and daily excavation questions that will transform ALL areas of your life. This program not only works, it changes lives for anyone who is willing to dig deep, show up, and do the work of transformation. These 40 days will not be easy. It will require effort, commitment, and perseverance. And...you are ready NOW! All you have to do is sign up and show up to our first meeting on January 14.

Based on the best-selling book by Baron Baptiste 40 Days to Personal Revolution

Program begins Tuesday, January 14 with a kick off meeting at 7:30PM

Support: Meetings are held weekly on Tuesdays from 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM. Participants are expected to attend all meetings and interact with a small group throughout the program

Yoga Practice: 6 classes per week (can be split between in-studio & at home practices), starting with 20 minutes per practice.

Meditation: Twice a day, starting with 5 minutes at a time.

Nutrition: Each week features a nutritional focus, including a 3 day fruit feast in week 4.

Inquiry: Each week you will have a list of excavation questions to journal. This work is profound and is essential to your transformation.

Celebration: We will celebrate our journey with a celebratory class & potluck on Saturday, February 22.
