HOME Teens (ages 11+) Slow Flow & Meditation
Teens can join us for a slow paced yoga flow and deep stretches as well as meditation practices designed to settle their nervous systems by moving attention away from over-thinking & planning and onto breath and body sensations. This class of mindful movement and breathing is 60 min. in our non-heated studio.
