Journey to Fire75 Hour Sculpt Teacher Training
September 12 - 13
September 19 - 20
75 hour Sculpt Teacher training, led by Amy Clark, that will allow you to gain an in-depth understanding of how to effectively teach a sculpt class, and incorporate low-impact bodyweight training into any fitness class (power yoga, or otherwise)
You will learn how to deliver a high energy sequence with optional propes (i.e. weights, gliders, blocks, pilates balls, resistance bands), to high energy music, in a way that creates fire in your students' bodies.
