Hillary started practicing yoga while living in New York City after college and has made it a regular part of her health and wellness routine ever since. Yoga has helped her grow stronger, more flexible and more patient, both on and off the mat.
Hillary is a 200-hour RYT instructor who recently completed her yoga training at HOME Power Yoga. She earned her BS in Nutritional Sciences from Cornell University and her MS in Applied Anatomy and Physiology from Boston University. She is a registered dietitian with a private practice in Westfield.
Hillary lives in Westfield with her husband Greg and their two children Oscar and Lola. She can often be found practicing yoga, exercising at SLT and SoulCycle and cooking up healthy treats for friends and family!
