    Delaney Trotter

Delaney is a 500-hr RYT instructor, she completed all of her training under Katie and Liz at HOME Power Yoga. When she found Baptiste Yoga, Delaney was feeling challenged by some health issues and did not know how to give her body grace. Yoga allowed her the space to show up however she was feeling without judgement. The practice continuously challenged all the preconceived notions she had about her body and what it was capable of. What kept her coming back was when she saw these mindset changes trickle off her mat, into her life. Delaney is passionate about teaching yoga to children and adults; she loves that this practice gives her time to let all the other thoughts of the day go.

Along with being a yoga instructor, Delaney is a local elementary school teacher. She graduated from Seton Hall University with her BS in Elementary/Special Education and her MA in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. One thing she is especially grateful for is being able to bring the tools of mindfulness and self-awareness to her students in the classroom.

As a life long Cranford resident Delaney is honored to be able to give back to her community through this practice and studio. Delaney teaches a challenging yet accessible yoga class that will bring you to your edge and leave you feeling renewed. She aspires to use Baptiste Yoga to show others that they can be enough as they are and overcome seemingly impossible challenges.
