Power Yoga & Strength for Kids

Power Yoga & Strength is designed for kids & young athletes to build flexibility, strength & agility. The class incorporates yoga stretches, strength circuit exercises & agility drills for full-body conditioning. The class will end with guided meditations and breath work. Class will be fast-paced and set to fun, upbeat popular music! Kids will leave feeling strong, energized & motivated!
