Acro-Hop Yoga (ages 6-10 years old) 3 week series
Children will explore movement and breath through an energetic combination of acrobatics, hip-hop dance, and yoga poses designed to promote strength and confidence. Each class will begin with a discussion on an age-relevant topic and end with a guided meditation. Breathing exercises and self-regulation skills will be incorporated throughout to help children effectively manage “big” feelings.

Katie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, certified Elementary Education Teacher, and Yoga Instructor.
