Hilary Khademi
As a former classical ballet dancer, Hilary was naturally drawn to yoga. After discovering the power of yoga to increase strength, flexibility, and the possibilities within the physical body, it was the practice of breath and mindfulness that she fell in love with.
As a practicing Physical Therapist for over 25 years, Hilary believes in using her passion for anatomy, alignment, movement, strength and balance while teaching her classes. She currently works as a sports and orthopedic physical therapist in a multi-specialty medical practice. Hilary completed her 200hr RYT training in 2018 and is currently enrolled in Home Power Yoga's 300hr Advanced Teacher Training.
Hilary believes that yoga is for everyone, regardless of their age and ability level. Her classes will challenge you to be up to something bigger than yourself. She will bring you to your highest potential both mentally and physically, while prioritizing a safe and mindful practice.
Hilary lives in Summit, and loves spending time outdoors with her husband, three children and two dogs.
