Claire is a 200-hour RYT instructor, trained at HOME under Katie Tierney and Liz Snyder, and has been practicing yoga for nearly a decade. She sought out yoga to mix up her fitness routine and found the practice to be incredibly unique and powerful in its ability to connect the body with the mind and breath.
Claire also works as a writer and editor, primarily covering international issues, particularly global health. She studied international relations at Tufts University and journalism at Boston University, completing her master’s degree in 2015. She loves any chance to interview and connect with other people — listening to their stories and retelling those stories through writing.
In the same way, Claire loves connecting with others in the studio and on the mat. She is an advocate of hands-on assists to help students feel supported, empowered, and seen. Her intention is to help you find ease in your body and mind, and discover what’s possible for you.
Claire is also certified in prenatal/postnatal yoga, and looks forward to completing her yin yoga training and 300-hour training at HOME.
